It’s nice to have a facility near home but the lab process to get samples taken is slow. I am next in line for over 30 minutes. Why so slow? After getting into the lab their staff was amazing. The front desk made a mistake in getting me in.
I stopped in last week to get a release form so I can access my mother's medical records. The gal at the front desk (sorry I don't recall her name) was very friendly and professional. She knew my mom by name and asked about their dog, etc and made my mom (whose health is declining) feel at home. My mother seems to like her doctor there; I've not been present for any appointments. I was very impressed with how we were welcomed and treated at the front desk, however.
The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very professional. I used to go in here for my labs and for my x-rays all the time. Unfortunately the last two times I’ve had to go in for x-rays. The x-ray tech did not obey the directions that the physician sent his orders, resulting in having to go elsewhere. The x-ray tech is also somewhat smart alecky and rude. Hands down best dr experience. Front staff were friendly. Dr. Lindsey was patien, understanding and didn't dismiss my input. She's actually trying to help me. Assistant was nice and friendly as well. Did labs and she was gentle, funny and good at what she does. I felt heard and important, not just a patient. Their scheduling is way more flexible and not as far out as redmond location. I was going to come to redmond, but after today's visit, I am not going no where. Thank you.
