I am a new Patient with Lindsey Prulyn, PA. I was driving into Bend to see a primary care. I am so grateful and happy I was told about her. She is amazing. Exactly what the medical field is supposed to be about. More about the patient's care with an amazing loving attitude. I appreciate Alyssa who was also into cleanliness like myself. Adding this : they absolutely refused to check my vitamin levels. I have a plethora of symptoms that line up with deficiency, have a history of chronic low vit D and B12, they refused to check any of them because I specifically asked fir it. Egos kill. If you need care beyond routine exams that they can follow a protocol with a checklist, look elsewhere. The PA Lindsey Pruyn is who I saw initially here. It’s nice to have a facility near home but the lab process to get samples taken is slow. I am next in line for over 30 minutes. Why so slow? After getting into the lab their staff was amazing. The front desk made a mistake in getting me in.

I stopped in last week to get a release form so I can access my mother's medical records. The gal at the front desk (sorry I don't recall her name) was very friendly and professional. She knew my mom by name and asked about their dog, etc and made my mom (whose health is declining) feel at home. My mother seems to like her doctor there; I've not been present for any appointments. I was very impressed with how we were welcomed and treated at the front desk, however.
