I scheduled an appointment after verifying that my insurance was in-network. The receptionist took my insurance info over the phone. I later received an estimate for a cash payment (no insurance) and tried contacting the billing department three times. My voicemails were ignored and I was forced to cancel the appointment.
I am a new Patient with Lindsey Prulyn, PA. I was driving into Bend to see a primary care. I am so grateful and happy I was told about her. She is amazing. Exactly what the medical field is supposed to be about. More about the patient's care with an amazing loving attitude. I appreciate Alyssa who was also into cleanliness like myself. Adding this : they absolutely refused to check my vitamin levels. I have a plethora of symptoms that line up with deficiency, have a history of chronic low vit D and B12, they refused to check any of them because I specifically asked fir it. Egos kill. If you need care beyond routine exams that they can follow a protocol with a checklist, look elsewhere. The PA Lindsey Pruyn is who I saw initially here. It’s nice to have a facility near home but the lab process to get samples taken is slow. I am next in line for over 30 minutes. Why so slow? After getting into the lab their staff was amazing. The front desk made a mistake in getting me in.
