Front desk for the family care clinic and their customer service were not at all sincere or helpful. Just blank stares, no manners and short answers. People who work in these essential fields have terrible customer service because their positions are stable and they don’t care. And IT SHOWS. One thing they are consistent at is being rude.
The physician assistant who worked in the Emergency Room on November 15th, 2024 after 5pm displayed behavior that was discourteous, impolite, and not in line with professional standards. I intend to contact the appropriate complaint hotline to address this issue. If the website offer contact information for the board members, I would submit my complaint in writing for their review.
Horrible facility. They kicked me out because I wanted to be treated better. Do not go to them.
They are not great but they finally accepted that they were wrong.
