I went through multiple providers at this location to be completely dismissed with my chronic pain and suffering, they didn’t believe me at all and misdiagnosed my condition. The director also harassed me on multiple phone calls and was very aggressive luckily those calls were recorded. They also banned me from going here and tried to get me to move forward with an unnecessary surgery that I didn’t need. if i could I would give 0 stars. St charles has been the worst experience for primary care. My husband and I were both patients here and will no longer be. After my husband went in for a previous neck injury that was still giving him tons of discomfort they told him that they'd get him a referral to physical therapy which they did with someone who isn't in our network for insurance after we asked for a referral to a different physical therapy facility that could take our insurance we never did get the new reffel sent, the ba... read more

This review is strictly regarding the front desk staff. I went in recently for my exam and was helped by Donna. She was nice enough and asked me to fill out some paperwork. Once I took my seat, she began basically fat shamming anyone who has interest in GLP1s to the receptionist sitting next to her. She said they need to, “do the work” and that the my are “lazy”.
