Just had an annual visit. Melissa (with the boots) was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and professional. My tech was also great! Upbeat and professional and his blood draw was perfect. Everyone there was good to deal with. Thank you!!
Went in with a 10/10 pain and broken arm and they schedule an appointment 2 months later. Lmfao and the receptionists look like they’re genuinely not there to support vets.
Pretty standard VA clinic. Very nice and respectful people, but extremely understaffed. Everyone is clearly overworked and stressed out.
I'm sitting in the waiting room with about 20 other people, all waiting for labs. I've been waiting an hour. The veteran next to me says he's been waiting an hour and a half so far. Just for blood work! I scheduled an appointment to see the nurse a year in advance. Then, the day before the appointment, they call to say that they booked the appointment wrong and would need to reschedule the appointment that I've waited a year for.
