This is a very nice VA! If you are a Veteran and not enrolled in the VA You should go to St Charles VA Clinic! Everyone is very nice and I have been to a lot of different Doctors and levels.

Went in with a 10/10 pain and broken arm and they schedule an appointment 2 months later. I also have a broken ankle which had surgery and badly needs serious physical therapy and I was sent to this clinic to work with a physical therapist. The guy hardly seems to know what’s going on. In the span of over 4 months I’ve been given 2 BS exercises, a 10 min foot rub and absolutely zero help or concern for my pain from this man. Just had an annual visit. Melissa (with the boots) was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and professional. My tech was also great! Upbeat and professional and his blood draw was perfect. Everyone there was good to deal with. Thank you!!
