January 27th 2026 12:35 p.m. I called to talk to a Veteran Counselor at the St Charles VA Clinic. Natalie the operator connected me to the mammogram section. I called back to let her know it was a mammogram section and she starts screaming at me. Very Ignorant and Unprofessional. Natalie need to be examined in psychosis... Very indignant to Veterans concerns and issues! As a female veteran I stated I did NOT want the male nurse to assist me with a physical need, the PA literally got upset and asked me “why, what don’t you like about him?”, I had to repeat only louder no man … I left without help.
Exit 228 off I 70 works well with fewer traffic 🚦.
This is a very nice VA! If you are a Veteran and not enrolled in the VA You should go to St Charles VA Clinic! Everyone is very nice and I have been to a lot of different Doctors and levels.
