We highly recommend St. Catherine’s Home Care in Bakersfield, CA. Even with the very best services, there are sometimes family members who have difficulty understanding the progression of dementia and the illnesses associated with advanced aging, so we thought it appropriate to post what we have experienced with St. Catherine’s Home Care over the past 3, almost 4 years. I would not recommend Saint Catherine’s elderly home for your mom. My mom was there for a year and they can only handle bed ridden elderly residents. The owner needs to train her aids with helping the elderly people that are able to walk and talk and eat to get along with the other elderly. My mom was in there and got bullied by the other resident and the aids encouraged it. I give them a zero. The only reason why there’s a one star is because there’s not a star for zero.
