Rarely has an employee/administrator gone out of their way to be as kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as Kate in Patient Access. I am presently living in Europe and will be returning to the US shortly for a planned surgery. Not knowing with whom to speak, my 3:00 AM call was filled with anxiety and concerns.
