They can't seem to find out simple things that are wrong with people and instead of finding the simple things they should be able to find they send them to places like Denver or Wichita do better

Had an out patient shoulder arthroscopic surgery. The nursing staff was excellent. Sara Smith was especially kind and helpful. The anesthesia team was exceptionally good. Seemed to be a major problem with the charge nurse or whoever was in charge of general operations. Checked in at 10 am. Pre op bed for 8 hours. Was told they were having problems. Then was told they put another patient ahead of me. Finally received procedure at 7 pm. When procedure prep began my fluid I’ve was empty and IV clotted. I don’t plan to have anot... read more
