Service department are scammers, told my wife that someone had over tightened the drain plug for the engine oil and that she would need a new oil pan. When she told them it was them that done the last oil change they claimed to have no record of it. My wife stood her ground that they done that last oil change and would not let any work start before the issue was resolved.
