Love my Nissan, not the dealership. Bought brand new 2026 Kicks in March, the journey began online when I applied for credit score. I received a response outlining the results. Nice from afar, but, far from nice up close. We've been a customer for 2 years. Here are the cliffnotes: • Great when it came to purchasing the vehicle ( previous car started it's own bon fire driving down the highway). So we needed a new car. Exhausting experience as a customer*** • 4 hour wait for an oil change • Was promised detailing on the next service because of the long wait and service. • Subsequent oil changes for the detailing we were offered were met with excuses and lip service.
