Very professional and helpful
Starting with my eye exam with Dr. Li....very personable, very thorough. Carolyn was very friendly, very professional and very accommodating when it came to making the frames I'd picked, RIGHT. I'm very happy with my choice of Optometrist and what I chose for eye wear. Thank you ladies. It was a fun experience.
We had a really disappointing experience with Carolyn. She seemed far more focused on her phone call than helping us, which made the interaction frustrating and unproductive. There was little to no effort to understand our needs or provide genuine support. I went back to get the prescription from them but the store was closed waited an hour and no one was there.
