Can't even call them about my appointment booking. No phone number for 427 tache?
Went for problems related to nosebleeding, was wondering about a possible deviation septum or other issues that may cause trouble breathing. Was not told anything about if I do or don't have a deviated septum. Dr said "there's a little something" in nostrils but did not explain what. Was asked if I wanted cauterization, figured sure may as well since I'm here. They did it, but did not give ANY aftercare instructions, had to google what to do and not do, did not know there were so many things I could not do. Now I have to tak... read more
In my experience, visiting this hospital’s outpatient department only increased my problems instead of helping.
Make sure to tell patients to come half an hour early for their appointment and then make them wait two hours while their overpriced parking dwindles away and their anxiety crescentss in anticipation of a scalpel cutting into them. Cram everyone side by side into a waiting room while people cough sniffle and snort. A steady stream of patients who came later will bypass those unfortunate enough to come to this clinic while doctors and staff banter casually in the hall.
