I am not exactly sure why this place has such a low rating but it is a very professional and good place to go to, I had no issues whatsoever with the staff and they were friendly and polite, if I ever had a issue with anything this would be the healthcare professionals I would go to!!!
HAD to come here for DOT physical in Spring of 2018. I wanted to come here and leave a review but I’m sure whomever the medical examiner was no longer works at this location. If she does, gentleman, you’ve been warned. My husband feels like he was sexually assaulted when going through the exam. She told him “ok, drop your pants” and he did so but covered his privates with his hand and told him “uh huh, I have to see it” and proceeded to touch his junk. the staff (minus 2) were rude and hateful. i was asked by a male to drop my shorts and what not to my knees, and to lift my shirt over my head and to spin around in circles for a URINE TEST, it was a supervised test as well. not sure why you need to humiliate and search someone when you’re going to be watching the urine come out of me. seemed very weird and dehumanizing so I walked out which caused me to lose my job. don’t come here unless you want an unpleasant experience and be treated like trash, that google rating isn’t ... read more
Woman at the front desk very obviously doesn't like her job. I needed workplace injury paperwork filled out. With a Dr. Note stating I can return to work. She looked at me like I asked her for her purse. I'm sure she see's all kinds of people every day. As for the Dr. All I got was it's not broken or chipped. Here wear this brace. Thanks for the details of why it hurts when I bend it only.
Most of the staff are terrible. Front desk acts like patients are a big inconvenience. I saw the PA and aside from her being incredibly rude, she either has no idea what she’s doing or just doesn’t care about the job. Either way, she’s a terrible provider. She treats women like delicate little flowers incapable of doing any kind of labor and doesn’t take men’s complaints of pain or injury seriously.
