The staff past the front waiting room was great. The person doing the iv when you first walk in needs more training in bedside manners and empathy. The wait was horrible- about 4 hours- but the RNs, doctors and staff were great.

Saint Bernards is the absolutely worst emergency department. I was treated in the lobby stuck with an IV in my arm. Had a little girl playing nurse dressed in all black yell at me disclosing my Medical reason as to why I was there. Yelled at me in a way where everyone else around me in that Lobby could hear what was going on with me. I was sent to another little waiting room because the nurse practitioner wanted to give me pain medicine to help me in that moment.
