Terrible experience, I feel like they didn't treat me as a person because I am deaf. When my sister (who can hear) is with me they give me great care. I have been in this hospital 3 times and gotten excellent care because she was here, but not this time it was awful. I felt worse than when I came in
Went to the ER by ambulance scared and alone. In severe pain. I was very well taken care of. Some pain today but it is slowly going away
