I have nothing but kind things to say about my doctor, Juella Sadicon. She has been an incredible help to me throughout my mental health journey, and even went above and beyond helping me figure out prenatal vitamins when my OB was backed up for a month. Couldn’t recommend her more!!
This place in our community that is suppose to help people in crisis with psychological issues. I have called twice in 2 days and still have not received a call. It was apparent from my intake paperwork that I am in crisis.
My PCP referred me to the Counseling Center and I was quickly contacted and was sent all my intake paperwork to fill out ahead of time. I was then scheduled with a Therapist within 2 days and met with my new Psychiatrist also. I have Recurrent Major Depressive Disorder with Anxiety along side a history of AUD. The staff is always extremely kind and helpful. They work with your schedule and are available for quick response if needed. This office needs to fire all the front office workers and actually hire people who know how to schedule an appointment. I'm sure I'm a terrible patient in their records simply because I have missed countless appointments due to the fact that the scheduling staff refuse to call patients and confirm appointments. Instead, you get randomly blocked in and receive only ONE call the day before your appointment. No, "Hey, we scheduled you for this time on this day. Does that work for you?" Missed the appointment?
