I've had an incredibly frustrating experience with St. Bernard's Behavorial Health Center. Since July 21st, I've been trying to get important paperwork signed and sent to Sedgwick so that I can secure my job--and as of July 26th, this still has not been completed. The staff have been uncooperative, rude and dismissive. On multiple occasions, I've been hung up on mid-conversation or spoken to as if I'm a burden. I admitted myself recently and i have had no bad experiences the staff was amazing and they got my mental health on track i know if i need to ever go anywhere i will defiantly go back to them Thanks to the wonderful staff for getting me back on track!

They would rather you try to kill yourself or succeed than refill meds. Thanks for running a bill up that I told yall I couldn’t pay and tell me yes I would have to attempt to kill myself again than refill my meds.
