Dr. Kim is so great with the animals and explains everything at an understandable level. She offers choices and respects owners decisions. Love St Bernards!
Just had our dog in to see Dr. Kim a few days ago and couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!!!! Dr. Kim and the whole staff at St. Bernards are as professional as they get. Our dog has been going there for 2 years now and have always been COMPLETELY satisfied. Dr. Kim even came to our place of business to check on our dog when she heard Arrow (dog) wasn't feeling well. You just don't get that type of service anymore! Thanks so much Dr. Kim and the whole staff. We recommend you 100%.
The worst vet experience I've ever had I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . Gave them a chance because I'd heard such good things and all it was was wasted time and money. I'll b taking my business elsewhere to a place I feel has the knowledge and experience to actually help my animals. Don't like going to an expert when all they can do is repeat the things I already said and then charge me for it.
I think Dr. Kim Everson and her staff are awesome and definitely make your pet/family member feel comfortable and welcome in their very nice facility! Through my experience there Dr. Everson explained everything in detail about my dog and answered every question I had and she answered them to where I can understand. For all that she has done for my pup I expected the bill to be high, but I found it very reasonable and will definitely be doing my next future visits with St. Bernard Animal Medical Center!
