This place is nice, I love the cross in the lobby. but definitely felt like the service was rushed. They didn’t explain anything to me just gave me what they wanted to give me. And then my labs, they told me to call me for the results and front desk doesn’t answer and when they do they don’t introduce themselves they just answer, put you on hold, and transfer your call where it’s endless ringing. I’m very disappointed in this place.
I called to make sure they were still open because the place doesn't look open typically. They confirmed they were open and the lady also stated that there wasn't a wait. A mere 5 minutes later there is a couple dozen people waiting an they insist they didn't say anything about a wait time. Couldn't stay if they were that willing to blatantly lie.
Walk in , front desk very friendly and professional Ares , kamren nurse very helpful and christin do very well
The drs only care about there paycheck thats it
