Very rude customer service at front desk she needs more training people are sick they don't need to deal with rude employees
They made me wait for an hour just for discharge paperwork. Not worth it.
This is the worst doctor's place I've ever been to..u won't get simple blood tests or anything for months...they never answer your calls, and when they do, they put you hold and you can never get a hold of anyone worth speaking to.

I've come to this Urgent care so many times and have always had great service. Came in today and everything went smoothly. It wasn't until I left and had to call back to ask for help with my 4 year olds prescription. Michelle the RN answered with so much attitude. Her passive aggressiveness and attitude threw me off that I asked for her name. I never ask for rude customer services names but this time I was just confused and taken back from her.
