Too many atitudes, and non caring staff members..
They fine with me..I got a history with them since 2002 they been great to me. No matter where I live if I can drive to St.Bernard that would be my first choice...Because they get me in and out as quickly as possible and always cure me, take the pain away, I even had a baby here and I love the doctor's...
I was here twice for my leg.i was there one in morning in i was treated badly by security. So i left this was doing the night shift. I am a nurse myself in i think things are really ran crazy just to be treated in ER security says who is next to be seen. Like hello get a sign in sheet or something besides people had been there for 5 in 6 hours in had not been seen. Been at this hospital for 6 hrs and my baby didn't see the doc till 3 am this hospital is really slow I hate coming here.
The worse place to come to during an emergency....
I live on the South Side, but have been extraordinarily lucky never to find myself in this hospital's care. I was recently shocked to learn how my friend's child was treated at St Bernard. To discover the way my friends and neighbors are treated here horrifies me. Shame on you for treating people this way. This hospital should be closed, and replaced with an institution that actually helps people.
