I think they r understaffed (underfunded?) Phone doesn't answer 6 weeks.
I have been offered assistance, with no follow up months later. Yes they've done a few good things. More promises than action. I hoped being without family in CA, they would be a real resource. Seniors are often isolated, even before the Pandemic. Martha who runs Car Service is hostile & antagonistic, Instead of looking to help. She also misrepresents the truth. I've never met her, but she makes me think of the notorious, mean, cruel Nuns who have abused children. I am very disappointed.
