Paul and the entire staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend not only S&T but this specific branch
Stay away from these jokester. Was trying to get a refinance loan on a rental property and went through 3 months of them slow rolling, being shuffled between 3 loan officers, and continuing to ask for personal information only to get an impersonal letter from them (no phone call or personal email) saying an incident that happened over 10 years ago (not even a financially related incident) was keeping them from moving forward. I had a check from this bank and they would not allow me to cash it because I didn’t have an account with S&T bank. Ridiculous! I’ve never heard of such a policy. I even asked to exchange the check for certified funds and they wouldn’t do it.
While dealing with the estate of my mother, the staff here has always been friendly and helpful. I was not an S&T customer prior to this, but would consider them again in the future based on the helpfulness of the staff at this location.
i went to cash my check today and was met with a middle aged man who has a puzzle piece haircut and a beard that is mostly gray. this man was nothing no but condescending and rude. he was refusing to cash my check and giving me attitude and would not accept my photo id to cash my check. if you think it is okay to run a business this way then you need to think again and i will start banking with another company. i am appalled with this disgusting behavior.
