By far the worst bank you could possiblity choose to use. The joke of an assistant VP Bryan P at the Forbes branch talks to customers like they aren't even people. He continually raised his voice, belittled us, and upset my elderly mother suffering from dimentia to the point where she left crying during a routine transaction. She is scared and never wants to go back. You would think as easily replaceable and rare existing branch employees, these people would care at all.
