Nice quiet clean & homey building in a quiet neighbourhood. The other tenants are great neighbors as well. Safe.

I was very impressed with my first visit to St Augustine Place while looking for a new apartment to call home. Dean, the project manager, showed me through the facility and the available unit and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or pressured at any time. I am sure I will be very happy in my new home.
.A few years ago I lived at St.Augustine Place. liked it here, but decided to try two other locations. The experiences I had at the two other places made me realize St. Augustine is superior. I never felt safe at the two other places, which affected not only my sleep, but also my cat's. Since moving back to St. Augustine, I feel safe, and the sleep for my cat and myself is back to normal. Thank you for the excellent management at St. Augustine Place.
