I was interested in buying a condo at this location. The president of HOA was rude and hung up on the phone with me because I had several questions about the maintenance of the property. There is trash everywhere. The paint is chipping at every building. Overgrown nature everywhere. No one wants to work the maintenance job. Over half the properties are rentals and sure look like. Overall it was dirty and the people in charge of the community are rude.
