We were recently in Florida on vacation and needed sunglasses for my son. We remembered we had been St. Armand’s optical boutique a few years ago and they were amazing, so we visited them again. Amazing service very honest people who truly care about you and make sure you leave happy with something that is a great fit for you not just anything off the shelf. Keep up the great work!
RecommendedHad a wonderful experience at St Armands Optical Boutique. We had a short wait. Steve was outstanding in his knowledge of eye glasses and was able explain attributes and features of different lenses and frames. He went over and above to help us to pick out just the right glasses for my daughter needs. Great prices !!!
Wow I have been wearing glasses for 45 yrs of my life and I have never had anyone help me and fit me to my glasses as Steve did. I’ve tried progressive lenses many times and have had to go back and have them removed because they were not in right. Steve reassured me if I didn’t like them he would have them replaced. But he took the effort to place them right the first time. Thank you Steve.
They have amazing customer service. My granddaughter, Natalie, lost her glasses at Six Flags in Maryland on a ride this week. I contacted St Armand’s Optical (because we got her last pair of glasses from them) to get a new pair of glasses. We did everything by text messaging. (Pictures etc) She picked out the ones she like and BAM! We will have her new glasses by noon tomorrow!! There’s no other company like them. You guy ROCK! Thank you, Thank you Thank YOU!! Increditble customer service - Steve was very willing to do what he could to help repair my broken glasses; and did so very quickly!
Steve (Sr) and Jr for that matter were amazing!! I went to have one pair of glasses fixed(lens popped out) fixed on spot other pair (stopped on a day later) fixed. Went to Dr. Black for eye exam. Wonderful!! So reasonable and fair pricing (amazing in St. Armand’s Circle. 5⭐️
