Doctor Munzer was very careful and professional with my health issue. He explains things really well and answers any questions you may have. The office staff is friendly as well.

The staff were extremely friendly from the front desk to the medical assistant to the Nurse Practitioner. The NP did a great job explaining everything to me and how the process of getting treatment would work. Had a great experience!
I have now waited 11 days for a refill with no explanation why and still waiting. It takes forever to speak with someone to set appointment or ask for call back.
