☆☆☆☆ Three Weeks. Zero Results. Peak Mercy Excellence. I am now on WEEK THREE of trying to schedule a simple visit. I’ve left voicemails like I’m applying for a job I’ll never get, and guess what? Not. One. Call. Back. I’ve called scheduling. I’ve called the infamous 6565 number. I’ve even time-traveled into the twilight zone of business hours—only to find they apparently operate from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Must be nice! Nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone and they never call back when you leave a message On top of that, the people who work the front desk are incompetent.
Doctor Munzer was very careful and professional with my health issue. He explains things really well and answers any questions you may have. The office staff is friendly as well.

The staff were extremely friendly from the front desk to the medical assistant to the Nurse Practitioner. The NP did a great job explaining everything to me and how the process of getting treatment would work. Had a great experience!
