They provide excellent care in difficult times. They not only take great care of your loved one but their family as well
The best staff & the best care!
My mom was only on hospice for a week. The admissions nurse that came out was nice and respectful. However the other nurses that came out were not. They were disrespectful. My mom was treated like a dying animal. Like she didn't matter. They lied to us the whole time. I would not recommend those nurses at all. One of the worst experiences other than the deaconess hospital.
My dad spent 4 days at their care center before he passed. My family could not be more grateful for the facility and compassion of the staff who cared for him. They took their time caring for him and making sure he was comfortable the entire time. There are multiple rooms to step away to if you need a moment alone to cry, breathe, journal, or even steal a quick nap. If we had a concern, the staff was quick to respond to our needs. I would highly recommend their services to any family who needs them.
