ever since mercy took over, the customer service here is terrible. the staff talk down on people.
The Old Mercy would never have had poor customer service as they do now. This is a Catholic Organization. I THINK NOT
I haven't had any of the issues the other reviews are complaining about. Maybe I'm just lucky?
I am disillusioned with southwest medical since Mercy took over. I have been waiting for a pharmacy refill for several weeks now. I called the pharmacy and they indicate that they have faxed the doctor 4 times now, with no response. When I try to call and contact the doctor, the maze of options on the phone line are ridiculous, and oneo I get to a real person,I am told that the doctor will call me back. Still waiting to hear from anyone about anything. I love my doctor, but loathe Mercy so far.. Never had these problems befo... read more
