E-Check In is a joke. The computer and/or staff ignores each other. I was, in office 30 minutes before my appointment, when my appointment time arrived others patients were called in. The receptionist was notified but I was treated as if it was my fault and staff acted I was late for my appointment. The staff saw me there at 130 pm but did not care. After Dr Budd retired, there are NO office house. NP "floaters" who only work until 3:30??? I mean - get real. I'd have to take off a day of work for that. Never took off more than 2 hours with Dr. B. Get it together.
