I've been going here since the original one was opened next to Sam's Club. We've always been treated with kindness and compassion. During Covid, the entire family has been there multiple times. The lines were long, but we always were greeted from the staff with the utmost professionalism. It is really easy to write a poor review and I'm sure there are Nurses and Doctors were having a bad day. I personally haven't seen this or witnessed anything other than top quality care.
I have been here twice for COVID testing and it’s been the best experience it could be. Staff is nice and efficient. Drive thru testing is the best 48- 72 hours they said for results. Got them in 48 hours both times. Mercy is the best.
My daughters doctor ordered a COVID test and specifically told us to go to this UC. When we got there we were turned away and they refused to do the test because my daughter wasn’t having a surgery done. They said the community can only be tested from 8A-4P and after that they’ll only do it if it’s for pre-surgery. NOWHERE is this posted online.
