Will not do anything to help you. Will cost you your job if you aren't an established patient. Refuses to fill out FMLA paperwork or your short term disability paperwork. If you want good care and live in the Arnold area go see Dr, Georger. His staff is kind and helpful. I would give zero stars if it was possible.
Need to speak to my Dr. and I keep getting replied to from the nurse who is not understanding my request. Left messages with office support and online. Poor patient care.
I always receive excellent care and service from the entire staff at this location. Dr Chitwood and all the NP’s are very knowledgeable, ensure the best care, and provide excellent communication response with questions I have or for refills. I highly recommend this practice.
I used the app to schedule my appointment same day. Which worked out fine. When I got there I checked in online. My appointment was to be at 11:20am and it is going on past 11:33am. When asked if they received my online e check in they said no and that the app doesn't work. Why do they even have an app if we can't use it as it was intended for? I see one of the doctors here for my care. I’m fine with my doctor. I don’t care for the NP. Also, I called back due to my symptoms getting worse and then Taylor called me. After speaking with her she sensed my frustration in not feeling well. She hung up on me and then charted in her chart that I hung up on her. This is unacceptable. It was rude. I was still on the phone and she hung up on me. I’m considering changing doctors due to the unprofessionalism with the care team.
