I was literally bawling my eyes out because ALL my stuff is gone my carry-on and a full suitcase packed with brand new, expensive clothes. What makes this even worse is how unbelievably unhelpful the person on the phone was. No empathy, no support just a cold, “There’s nothing I can do to help you.” That’s beyond rude and incredibly unprofessional.We chose this place because it looked secure: locked doors, signs saying “cloud security,” and it’s close to our home. I have never experienced a worse storage facility. My sister and I couldn’t find any of our belongings we’re missing expensive luggage and clothes, and I even lost two computer monitors with the keyboard and accessories. The manager was no help at all and was rude over the phone. They claim to have security cameras, but somehow can’t identify who took our items. I’m deeply hurt and disappointed. We paid for this service and didn’t receive the protection we expected. Please don’t rent from this storage company it’s the worst.... read more
Never using this service again. It’s not safe, and the manager was completely unhelpful when my belongings went missing!
