I have tried for over a month to get records from this office! How hard is it to send an email!?
Whoever answers the phone is Extremely poor at her job..Very rude.. I was referred there over a month ago and this place still hasn't scheduled me. I've tried being proactive and all I get is attitude. they asked me why I'm calling..The supervisor on duty Jan 30th 2023 morning shift said she doesn't know why I was referred there and immediately hung up on me when I questioned why.. Greatest group of doctors EVER! I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Glenn (neurosurgeon), Dr. Ryan, & Dr. Zubair, as well as their partners at the hospital! So caring, great communication, and just overall amazing physicians!
They were sooo sweet, helpful and considerate. Loved this place.
