From the very first phone call to now, the customer service is superior, and the smile on my mom's face priceless!!! Each department Marketing, Nursing, Move-in, and all others my mom and family have come in contact with have shown and demonstrated a caring & sincere interest in my mom's well being! St. Anthony's caring spirit and welcoming environment was exactly what we were looking for our mom. Thank you, from Carole's daughter!
My mom has been at St Anthony since they opened. She turns 90 on October 5, 2017 and she seems very happy. She's been through many manager and staff changes. Yes, there have been some low points but I can honestly say the place is at a very high point right now. I'm very happy with the care she receives and how they truly seem to love her. I recommend this place to anyone who want's their loved one cared for. And I don't do a lot of recommending.
My mom just moved in to St. Anthony in Lansing on 7/31/16...I want to personally thank Nedra in Marketing for expediting and the very professional way she helped in getting mom's application processed. She knew exactly what was needed which made my job, in a very stressful time our family life, a little easier. I would also like to thank Monique for helping make the move in go as smooth as possible. A very grateful daughter, JM
I'm at st. Anthony an average of 3 times per week! My dad lives there and loves the activities, food, and community! My boys and I love the view-K of C lake, staff, movie room, fitness area, and hanging out with grandpa! They make it comfortable îand inviting to hang with your family!
My mom has been there one year and is happy. They have a few very good CNA's. Some room for improvement but for most part a nice living space giving independence to the elderly that need to be looked in on throughout the day.
