The doctors and staff are great in person; however, it’s impossible to get a hold of your care team or provider unless you’re in person with them. When calling for a medical reason to get in touch with your care team, it goes to a call center… who “leaves a message” for your provider and you’ll never hear back. The people are wonderful, but the support and administration is terrible. It’s gone downhill since CommonSpirit took over.
