Receptionist is extremely rude! Doctor obviously has more patients than he can actually handle. I have been waiting on a call since mid October to figure out why I am in so much pain. Every time I call I am promised a message was sent to the provider to and I will receive a call back. I was supposed to have a procedure scheduled after Thanksgiving and nothing has happened yet. They are full of excuses and never follow through with anything.

Dr. Ward is AMAZING!!
I saw Dr. Ward and his nurse Rosemary and they were absolutely wonderful!
