First visit with specialist Courteous staff helpful doctor
I have not been able to actually visit the facility, I’ve only tried to call and make an appointment and hung up after being on hold for 40min!!! Horrible customer service.
I am having a hard time with the fact that the medical staff have to ask us which medicines we are taking,when we're our last appts,etc. I thought all this info was now digital and we didnt need to keep track . We are older and cannot what day it is.
