My mom has been there for a few years now. Everytime I interact with any staff, their wonderful and polite to me. I feel comfortable with them taking great care of my mom.
Your loved one needs to have their own phone because this place does not like to answer. A recording comes on, you hold, press what they ask & the computer still doesn't get it, at least that's what it continues to say before disconnecting the phone. If the phone system doesn't work, I can only imagine what the workers do. It's also sad when a nurse or aid is asked a simple question & does not reply with a very simple answer. Maintenance came in and took the cable from the tv antenna that was bought by the resident. We’ve opened several work tickets to have them return what they took, but no response. This was several months ago. Now it’s watching tv that goes in and out all the time. When you are in this nursing home, all you have is your tv.
