There is no one answering the phone. I was there and went to find the nurse, I was asking the person who was at the nurses station. But she was sleeping at the desk. No one comes to check on the patients when the call light is on.
I want to share my appreciation for St. Anne’s Nursing Center and Residence, where my mother is currently receiving rehabilitation. While the facility itself needs significant upgrades especially wheelchairs, patient chairs, and beds the care and humanity shown here make all the difference. What truly stands out is the love, dedication, and compassion that many of the staff bring to their work. It won't allow me to give a zero star rating or I would. This is the worst facility you could ever have anyone you care about go to. I wouldn't leave my goldfish there for them to take care of. They are so incompetent. They can't even manage to answer telephones. It's been one fiasco after another ..please if I can spare one other person from what I've been through, this nightmare, please believe me when I tell you, this is the worst facility I have ever seen. ZERO star rating ☠️
I’m sure by posting this, I’m going to receive the same generic response other reviews have received, but this is my experience. My mom was at this facility intermittently for a month. My mom is a diabetic. Her sugar spiked to high levels twice and instead of administering insulin and waiting a bit, I feel the automatic response was to escalate my mom to the nearest hospital, thus interfering with her rehab care. St . Anne’s ALF is a great place. My father Humberto has been there 1 1/2 years and we have had a great experience. His room is always impeccable and it smells great . The whole entire place is spotless and it smells great . The nurses are excellent and take good care of all the residents as well as treat them with love .
