Avoid at all cost This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. Ive stayed in some budget hotel but this one made it to the top of run down hotels despite paying a good price for the rooms . The photos uploaded by the owner are misleading and nowhere close to reality. We booked 3 rooms. These turned out to be - Sherman, White Oak and Ponderosa. **** BEWARE - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS **** Review Timing - July 2025 Thanks to St Anna's House - our vacation experience was entirely ruined. I booked 3 rooms for a group of 6 via Booking.com - Deluxe Room - Deluxe Queen Room - King Room with Mountain Views Upon checking into the property (late at night) we found - Approach road to the property is bumpy and not well marked. BEWARE: I was scammed by Anna. We were told the rate would be $120 for one night and I was charged $240. Anna claimed there was a hidden pet fee of $100. This was not disclosed upon making our reservation and other online sources say their pet fee is $15. I feel scammed and when I called to talk to them, Anna was very rude to me and told me it was a privilege to travel with my pet. There is a motel 6 within 30 minutes from this hotel with comparable pricing and a FREE pet stay. I recommend avoiding this place at all cost.The... read more

LOVED our stay. Will definitely be back. We received an email with instructions for the room, door codes, and directions before we got there. The room was quaint. So nice to have a quiet, serene, rustic environment where you hear nature instead of traffic and people. No problems or issues. Everything you need in a kitchenette, microwave, mini fridge, dishes, utensils, even dish soap and sponges. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small. Loved it.
