Made an appointment to see this place and when I got there, there was trash everywhere some apartments were boarded up, it looks nothing like it does in the pictures. And rats running around. The leasing agent didn’t even show up to show the apartment. When I called to reschedule they said they’d call me back and didn’t. Initially I was annoyed but after thinking about it I’m glad. The place is a straight up dump. Even if you can get a viewing of this place it’s probably not a good idea no matter how cheap that rent looks.
You don’t want to live here. I moved in with help with an Organization. They closed up laundry room due to vandalism. Drugs sold and done everywhere. The landlord do nothing to clean it up. Not a secured place at all.
I've been here for 7 months and it is, such a mess. The ground is not maintained, very nasty and dirty. The "main entry" gate is supposed to be automated by a remote control, that has been broken since last year. They allow, drug trafficking and persons who are not tenants, to parlay here. The laundry room is unsafe and unsanitary, and I am forced to have to pick up trash and depris from stairs and walk ways daily because of the excess traffic coming in and out.
