Where the heating is concerned it leaves a lot to be desired. The heat is on at maximum all winter long. Even doing light housework we are covered in sweat. When I spoke to numerous other residents they advised me that they keep their windows and air conditioners open all winter as they are way too warm. What is wrong with these owners? From all the complaints they received and yet nothing is being done. Let's keep these poor seniors living in this God awful heat and let the homeless freeze to death on the streets. I have placed some individuals here and they could not be more happy! The building is fantastic and the services that are offered and amazing! Many individuals say that they love how secure it is! There are multiple doors that are locked. They love that they feel safe, especially downtown. They have that they are close to everything and that there are lots of activities available. The moving process could not be more easier. They were very accommodating! I would recommend this senior living building to anyone!
I live here. St. Andrew’s Place is a seniors apartment complex for people 50 years old and older. It’s very secure with cameras and secure entrances that require a key fob to enter all areas. To get into the building, to enter the hallway and enter your apartment. There are different types of apartments.
