Just moved to Pearland, and I loving it so far. Awesome location, and a team that truly cares. Highly recommend St. Andrews to anyone looking for a place to call home. Big shout out to Karen, Amber, Cori, and Berton for always going above and beyond. Anytime I've needed help, they've been responsive and kind.
Had my speaker stolen at their gym
Under no circumstance should you consider living at St. Andrews. The problems at St. Andrews boil down to a few main categories: - Disproportionately high crime: 2 crimes committed against us while living here, many more happened around the property during our year of living here. I would strongly recommend NOT living at Saint Andrews. My boyfriend and I lived there a year with the hopes of resigning to avoid the hassle of moving again, however could not justify it after everything we experienced while living there. Property is NOT secure. I had TWO CAR VANDALISMS on my car while parked on the property and heard of other incidents happening.
