Residents please check your vents they are not lined with aluminum or any material. Have been having respiratory problems for months until one of my doctors told me to check my ventilation. Opened one vent to see it was cut into the dry wall this is causing the moisture to collect causing mold and a ridiculous energy bill. I have seen a review when I first moved in expressing the poor ventilation before but they had deleted the review which is very dangerous and inconsiderate to the people looking to make this place a home. ... read more
This is mine and my boyfriend’s first home together after moving out of our parents’ houses, and St. Andrew’s has made the transition feel incredibly comfortable and welcoming. From the moment we moved in, the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure we feel taken care of. Amber has been amazing throughout our entire time here. Very much appreciate the speediness and transparency of the maintenance crew when dealing with a request and them coming out to fix things!
Living here for 2 years almost 3 years has been amazing, SOME errors sure like the gates. But compared to other places in the area I rather deal with that.
