The problems at St. Andrews boil down to a few main categories: - Disproportionately high crime: 2 crimes committed against us while living here, many more happened around the property during our year of living here. I would strongly recommend NOT living at Saint Andrews. My boyfriend and I lived there a year with the hopes of resigning to avoid the hassle of moving again, however could not justify it after everything we experienced while living there. Property is NOT secure. I had TWO CAR VANDALISMS on my car while parked on the property and heard of other incidents happening. My catalytic convertor was STOLLEN costing over $5000 to replace and my back windshield was smashed which cost $450. All staff said was that "while this is rare, ... read more
