I am deeply disappointed with the living conditions at these apartments. The issues I've encountered include roaches, an infestation of ants, and broken appliances that require numerous service calls to address. Additionally, there is black mold in my kids' bathroom. What concerns me is the stark contrast in responsiveness when it comes to implementing new rules, such as the restriction on pool access after 10 pm, with eviction as the consequence.
