Do NOT move here. This is a privately owned condo. My unit had visible black mold (baseboards, bathroom, windows). The owner was notified and never fixed it — and moved someone in right after I left. Management only paints over issues on the outside instead of actually fixing them. Even the downstairs unit told me they had mold and a leak and ended up selling. This community shows little regard for tenant rights, aligning itself with property owners even when those owners unjustly withhold deposit refunds- sometimes for over three months-citing one spurious excuse after another. Appeals to the administration prove futile, as no meaningful action is taken.
