I’ve had a great experience with this clinic. Sue and Venessa at reception always provide outstanding customer service—they’re friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to help. It makes every visit smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend!
St Andrew’s Medical Centre has been my family doctor since childhood, which I have continued to bring my children to as well and my oldest children now that they are adults also continue to get medical treatment from St Andrew’s Medical Centre. I have been a patient at St Andrew’s for the past 23 years. I have always found the receptionists Vanessa, Sue and Chris and the office manager Kerry to be kind, compassionate and professional. If I have a major health issue I am always able to get to see one of the doctors. The doctors, nurses, physio and pathologists are friendly and professional as well and I never feel rushed.
Both receptionist are absolutely rude. They always have an attitude when they answer the phone as if they are annoyed they have to assist you. One time I saw them online shopping while I was waiting to be served. The doctors are soo nice but these ladies need to go. I dread seeing my doctors cos of this very reason.
Five stars!! The St Andrews Medical Centre team have all been lovely and welcoming. I’ve been seeing Dr Rayane Saleh for the past 6 months and am beyond grateful for her patience and transparency throughout the whole process :)
