Honestly this practice is outstanding. I have never come across a medical centre that is so very helpful, friendly n accomodating. Just fantastic thanks a million
Absolutely terrible. I had made an online booking over the weekend. Didn’t care which doctor I was seeing more so the booking time. I made the booking for this afternoon 24/2/2026 at 4.40pm. I received a phone call at around 3pm from one of the receptionist stating that “she had no idea how I was able to make the online booking as the doctor seeing me does not take new patients” I had taken an hour off work early to be able to attend this appointment as I work 6 days a week and 12hr days its almost impossible for me to be ab... read more
Poor service and time management. Waited for well over one hour despite arriving on time and booked correctly online. Most of all the patients that arrived before me at the clinic had their consult with a doctor while I was still waiting. No communication from staff. I had to follow up twice in person at the front desk. Seems the “usual patients” are prioritised ahead of other patients regardless of booking time.
