Absolute worst clinic, reception is useless and rude, never acknowledge you, been a few times and each time I've had to wait over 1 hour, they never notify the doctors or physios when you arrive. Completely avoid this place.
The St. Andrews Medical Centre, team (doctors, nurses, physiotherapy and reception team) are all very welcoming and helpful. The impact this has on my visits is always a positive efficient experience. The team clearly works well together to create a clean, caring and supportive environment. Huge shout out to, Dr Khai Tran, physiotherapist Kenny Vu and receptionist Kris! Thank you!
Wouldn't go anywhere else. The knowledge and standard of care is exemplary. Lets not forget their friendly receptionist's. A great team. I've gone here since 1998 even though I do not live in the area as has my whole family.
