This practice smells foul. I almost vomited from the strong urine and wet dog smell. I have never experienced anything so disgusting. The doctor was mumbling to herself and to the office plants and her eyes were rolling around in her head as if she were mentally unwell. She used old rusty tools, no gloves and had a foul smelling dog who was wandering around. The office is deplorable and should be shut down. It looks like a hoarders home and nothing is sanitary. This is a danger to the community.

The office was nasty and smelled horrible. There was a sick looking dog roaming around. They drew my blood without using gloves or properly washing there hands. Worst clinic experience I've ever had

If I could give a negative rating I would. This place is DISGUSTING. Everything is filthy and she has a smelly dog roaming around. She drew my blood without proper PPE and didn't alcohol my arm. She dropped the tube on the floor and proceeded to continue to use it. She poked me twice and had to fish for a vein then got blood all over my sweater and the exam table. All the while not having any gloves on. She can't use the sink in the exam room as it is full of dead plant. This place should be shut down!

Dr. Dehaven always has time for questions and I never feel rushed. She has been an integral member of the team that has helped me for the past 4 years.

Called for an appt. I was in the middle of setting an appt but after talking to the front desk lady for about 3 minutes I decided not to set an appt. She was rude, sarcastic and not nice. She sounded like a waitress who has worked at Waffle House for 20 years and is over life.
