Purchased a house early this year, moved in end of August. It has been nothing but problems that McBride drags their feet to fix, and then make you feel crazy for expecting things to be done right. They left the fence off of the purchase price that THEY sent to THEIR mortgage company, HomeKey. We ended up not being billed for the fence and they threatened to sue in October if we did not come out of pocket $10k. My husband and I had a wonderful experience choosing our new home with McBride at St Andrews Meadows in Union, MO. Great expertise was provided by Jaren Walker. She is very welcoming, warm and friendly. We’re excited to be moving to this beautiful community.
We live in California and had a home built for our granddaughters . We had a lot of questions and requested follow up and photos. Jaren was the person who made this process easy for us. She was always responsive and followed through on everything, including things we hadn’t even thought of. She made sure that the process ran smoothly! So happy with the home and our granddaughters love it!
We recently moved in to our new home. Neighborhood is great as well as the whole process, from our initial meeting and until our 1 month inspection, McBride has been great. We knew we picked the correct place to build as soon as we spoke to Jaren the very first day. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting her, I highly suggest you do. Great person with lots of knowledge!
Process was smooth and simple. Jaren was great in covering every detail with us and always being available for us when we had questions!
