This place is absolutely ridiculous. First off while living there I experienced loud pool parties every night and during the day, landscaping multiple times a week for no reason what so ever but to be loud and blow dirt on cars, trash from dumpsters overflowing scattered around the complex, raccoons during the day everywhere, no one picked up after their dogs so there was feces left around the entire complex and it smelt horrible, the grass never grows so you are surrounded by mud and dirt. The management team is incredibly responsive, Enza and Evelyn are always caring and attentive of tenant's needs. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours. The amenities are top-notch, especially the resort-style pool and modern fitness center. Location is unbeatable - specially for great schools and access to major highways. The apartments are spacious with updated finishes and great natural light. What really sets this place apart is the community feel.
