I have really hoped this place would get better since they are right next to our home. Each time we’ve gone to “give it one more chance” in hopes it would redeem prior poor experience. NOPE. Took my husband a couple weeks ago, the PA walked in and literally said, “yeah, I don’t think I can help you.” This was without any assessment. As an RN I was pretty sure he had kidney stones, but this guy just said he couldn’t helped, we walked out. Horrible experience. They told me to go to the er, after not really seeing me, so I did and the er gave me the treatment I needed, and the er doctor was blown away how incompetent the staff at the urgent care were. Don't waste your time with this urgent care. Save your money and time.
Under staffed. Long wait time.
