Horrible experience. They told me to go to the er, after not really seeing me, so I did and the er gave me the treatment I needed, and the er doctor was blown away how incompetent the staff at the urgent care were. Don't waste your time with this urgent care. Save your money and time.

St Alphonsus will bill you for a wellness visit and wellness labs that you verified were covered before attending. Then they will send you to collections without ever notifying you of said bill. Spoke with Michelle from the billing department who was actually helpful and acknowledged the mistake that was made on their end and to disregard that it would be cleared up within 30-45 days. 30 days later received a new bill.
