I had an appointment at 7:30 on 3/19/16 but received a call the day before asking me to show up earlier to fill out paperwork. The problem was I was the only one to show up, the lights were off, the doors were locked, the phones all went to a voice mail. If there were people at that facility they were not to be found. Very disappointing because I had to reschedule a breakfast with my family.
