I keep getting phone calls one after another with no one talking. I call them back in case it was a connection issue and they told me I need to wait for a message, although I never received a voice message because I was answering the calls
I first went to PCN St Albert in August 2024 to meet their OB-Gyn team. I was lucky enough to meet several members of their amazing team (doctors, residents, nurses and admin). Each time I went there I was treated respectfully & given the opportunity to voice any concerns. Unfortunately I had to stop seeing them in November for a hospitalization. Always professional staff and outstanding care. Understanding and responsive to medical needs. Never disappointed!
Update: after saying my complaints and concerns with some of the doctors I know see the two doctors on tuesdays and they are wonderful!!! It has changed my outlook on this maternity clinic. If you’re a first time mom I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. They don’t really review or talk over anything with you at your appointments and if you try and bring something up you’re made to feel as a burden. It’s a get in get out appointment type feel.
