Have not been to this location for very long time. Calling for a very long time to get an immunization appointment. No one calls back after message left with reception. Finally, nurse "Maxine" called to schedule an appointment. Nurse condescending. " Can you write down the date? Explained felt she said it rudely. Nurse Maxine states. Got caught up on some vaccines for traveling. Knowledgeable ,helpful,freindly staff. In and out in a timely matter. Thanks a million.
The nurse I dealt with here for my sons 2 month vaccines screamed at me then had her supervisor call me hours after the appointment to take my son to the hospital regarding his weight. Even though he had seen a Dr the day prior regarding it. She was absolutely out of line and I will never return here again. As if getting a vaccine isn't enough stress to your child's life now add this place.
The front staff are very rude and racist and I felt it right away. If I could give them a zero star I would literally it was the only choice that I had to get my child in. The nurse was very nice but the front staff words can't explain how mad I was and how I felt when I was there. Disgusting is lease as of the least. I can say on here garbage, garbage and garbage garbage
