I went here for my Covid shot this year and wow, I’m so impressed! Everything from the kind greeting at the front desk, the way-finding, the next kind greeting in the immunization room, and my friendly, personable, and attentive nurse. The room full of nurses and patients felt abuzz with lightness, generosity of spirit, and not a single person looked glum… while getting needles put in their arms! There is a reason this place only has a 2.8 rating. Our 4 month old twins had their shots today and we had yet another poor experience. I have to start out by saying that the front end staff has always been kind and friendly and we have never had a bad experience with a “younger” staff member. Our poor experiences have always been with older nurses/healthcare workers. Run, don’t go to this location. Staff are absolutely miserable and would rather rush you out after shots, too sit on their computer because they were very busy apparently .Not even close to the case even with the west end shutting down. New parents, there’s a table dead center where you get to strip your kids down in front of everyone and wait for the nurses. No privacy at all, if you need to do a diaper change. Have not been to this location for very long time. Calling for a very long time to get an immunization appointment. No one calls back after message left with reception. Finally, nurse "Maxine" called to schedule an appointment. Nurse condescending. " Can you write down the date? Explained felt she said it rudely. Nurse Maxine states.
